Situations and people cause challenges in the workplace everyday. Sometimes it is not easy to manage the situation in a positive way. This program provides tools and techniques to facilitate constructive interactions.
At the end of the program attendees will have added to their skills base:
• Recognise different behaviours and the positive or negative impact
• Identify and address positive mental attitude and confidence gaps
• Use verbal and non verbal communication appropriately
• Manage difficult people and, difficult situations confidently
• Develop a personal action plan for implementation
